West Associates are an independent firm of Chartered Occupational Psychologists based in Cobham in Surrey. The business was established in 1989 and our consultants have extensive experience across the whole spectrum of psychology in the work place.

West Associates are qualified by the British Psychological Society to run Level 'A' courses in Occupational Testing and Test Administration and have also undertaken many varied individual projects in Assessment Centre design and implementation, Psychometric Assessment for selection and career planning, Organisational Development and associated Management Skills Training. They have been particularly involved in the specialist field of Graduate recruitment, including the design of relevant assessment instruments, such as group exercises.

Our psychologists are fully chartered and have broad experience across a range of industry sectors. West Associates' most recent Consultancy assignments have been with private sector organisations involved in leisure, food production, property, engineering & technology, banking, finance, systems solutions and retailing and also in the public sector with a large government agency.

Our Occupational Testing (Level A) course has been running since 1994, is approved by the British Psychological Society, and qualifies delegates to register for the certificate of competence in occupational testing.
