Qualified 1983. Lyn West set up West Associates in 1988. Prior to that she worked for Saville and Holdsworth PLC as a Managing Consultant where she was responsible for all Job Analysis project work within the organisation and also for recruitment of graduate trainees onto the Chartership programme. She was involved in the development of the OPQ as well as the design of aptitude tests and the Presentation Skills course. She ran SHL's OT, OPQ, Presentation Skills and Interviewing Skills courses.

Prior to joining SHL, Lyn held the post of Graduate Recruitment Manager for Sainsbury's head office. Lyn is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a member of the IPD.

Heather joined West Associates in 1990. Previously she worked in the health sector and with the Ministry of Defence, before moving to SHL where she had broad ranging responsibilities across the full spectrum of their work. In her five years there she ran their courses in occupational testing, test administration and personality measurement. Her Consultancy responsibilities included psychometric test and assessment centre exercise design and implementation.

Since joioning West Associates, she has worked at a senior level and has broad ranging responsibilities encompassing assessment exercise design, course design and delivery, Consultancy and other training work. Heather is a Chartered Psychologist.
